Bamble: Langesund, Stathelle and the skerry coast
Bamble takes in the western shore of the Langesundsfjord, with the towns of Langesund, its administrative centre, and Stathelle, and the village of Herre. It has the second-longest coastline in Telemark, from Vollsfjorden to Fossingfjorden, and more than 2,000 holiday cabins are scattered along its skerries.
Some listings are on the Bamble side: a small, seaworthy boat at Stathelle that can be booked with its owner as skipper, and a RIB at Herre. The others are across the water in Porsgrunn, Skien and Brevik, with others at Helgeroa and Nevlunghavn in Larvik.
