Santa Eulària: Ibiza's east-coast marina
The boats on this page are all based at Marina Santa Eulalia, at the eastern end of the town's bay below the Punta Arabí headland. It has room for over 750 boats and a fuel station, and every arriving boat is asked to call on VHF channel 9 and follow the office's instructions. Most of the fleet are catamarans, from 40 feet up to large flybridge models, alongside a monohull sailing yacht and a small motorboat.
Santa Eulària is Ibiza's third-largest town, about 15 km north-east of Ibiza town. It takes its name from the river at the western end of the bay, traditionally counted as the only river in the Balearics, although today it usually flows only after rain. North along the coast lies Tagomago, a privately owned island about 1.5 km long; its lighthouse on the south-east tip, built in 1913, is a landmark for ships between Ibiza, Palma and Barcelona.
