Fjellhamar: the nearest boats are in Oslo
Fjellhamar is a densely built district in the north-east of Lørenskog, next to Strømmen, with the lakes Langvannet and Kjenn to the south. It has no sea shore, so the boats on this page all start somewhere else. The closest are in Oslo, about 15 km away as the crow flies, and Vy's local trains between Lillestrøm and Oslo stop at Fjellhamar station.
In the city, owners offer boats at Aker Brygge and Tjuvholmen, in the Rivier harbour on Hovedøya, and along the Bekkelaget shore at Nordstrand. Another is on Malmøya, and a RIB is kept at Svartskog on Bunnefjorden. Many are RIBs and sailboats, and a good number only go out with the owner skippering.
