Limhamn, now a district of Malmö, is named after its limeworks: lim is an old word for lime. It became a fishing village in the 1820s and then an industrial town built on cement and limestone quarrying. The sailing yachts listed here include a 39-foot cruiser for holidays and weekends, available with a skipper, and a 45-foot cruiser-racer that always sails with its owner as skipper from Lagunen, the cooperative harbour next to Ribersborg beach.
