Plassen ligger i Sandkroken Slipp, rett nedenfor Ulvøyabrua, i en trygg og sentral båthavn. Båthavnen er lett tilgjengelig rett ved Mosseveien. Det er vann og strøm i umiddelbar nærhet på bryggen. “Svært kort vei til Øyene i Oslofjorden. “Lite bølger – trygg fortøyning” “Fast og ryddig båthavn med hyggelige båteiere” Dette er en sikker og praktisk plassering med enkel adkomst og gode fasiliteter.
